This week's healing technique is the SPINE CLEANING Spine cleaning helps to clear blockages from within the vertebrae, the spinal cord, and what we at BBSH call the Vertical Power Current. Your Vertical Power Current is the woven cord of energy within your spine, that each of your 7 chakras, back and front, plug in to. During a Spine Cleaning, I do a sort of power blast of energy all the way up your spine, helping to purge and clear blockages. Did you know that if your First Chakra is weak it affects the strength and resilience of your entire spine? We all need a good foundation to rest on. First I massage the muscles up each side of your spine, starting at your sacrum to prepare your body to receive the energy. This is done with clothes on. Then I charge my 2nd chakra with red-orange energy and allow that to flow through my hands. My hands are cupped together to direct the energy. I send that energy into the back of your 2nd chakra at the sacrum. I circle the energy around clockwise to charge your Second Chakra. Once your Second Chakra is nice and charged, I shift the energy current to blue and focus it into a laser line. I send the blue laser line into the centre of your spine all the way up to your head, like a snow plow. I return to your Second Chakra and repeat the whole technique a few times. Sound pleasant?
