      What Is the Core Star?

Your Core Star is the source of light that upwells from within your body to create health and radiance.

​The core is the eternal "I am what is, was, and ever will be." Here is the origin of your creative force. Your core is the internal source of the divine. This light is a signature of the eternal essence of each person. 

It exists outside of time, space, physical incarnation, and even the concept of the soul. It seems to be the source of life itself. It is the unique individual God(dess) within each of us.

​Hey, I’m Shelley,

I guess I'm what you would call a light-worker. But the light I work with is yours.

This year, through teaching my signature course, the Aura Healing journey, I led 9 women through the 7 levels of their Aura.

I immersed myself in these dimensions through 4 years of training at one of the premiere schools for Energy Healing in the world-the Barbara Brennan School of Healing (BBSH).

We started the Aura Healing Journey in the chakras, then embodied each of the 7 levels of the Aura. We briefly touched in to the energy dimensions deeper than the Aura--Life Purpose & Core Star--in our bonus week of the course.

Ending in the Core Star dimension in June at the wrap up of the course, I was reminded how profoundly gorgeous each of us is in our essence. We long to feel & be luminous, but we don't really know where to find the source of that within ourselves. Even though it's right there!

This is a silly tragedy that can easily be remedied. But growing up, likely no one showed us how to connect with our true essence, our own divine centre, the light within that should well up and fill our energy bodies, and our physical body.

​So let me introduce you to your real self. 

I feel it's primary for each of us to have a connection with who we truly are. It guides us home.

Where it is blocked, dis-ease occurs.

In the Core Star crash course I will:

• Show you the 4 dimensions of humankind: your physical body, your Aura, the Hara, and the Core Star.
• Describe how your light emerges from your Core Star, through each of your energy bodies and manifests into actions, life events, interactions, and your creative expression.
• Explain how distortions in your energy bodies create blocks to your light on it's way into manifestation. 
• Help you feel and connect with your Core Star, and validate when you are getting it.
• Support participants to feel their Core Star and have the unique signature of each person be felt by all attendees.
• Identify some of your personal Core Qualities/Gifts.
• Learn to feel the expansion and contraction phases of your Core Star.

Do I really have a Core Star?

Yep. We are going to put your skeptical mind aside, and I will help you to actually FEEL it. Set aside your expectations. Your Core Star is not a fireworks show. You may find it actually feels very familiar...the true you you forgot.

Do I need to be able to see energy to connect?

No. There are many senses through which you can perceive energy. I can help you discover how you do it. In fact, you are doing it all the time...you just don't call it "reading energy."

Can I pay some other way than credit card?
