Hey, I’m Shelley,

I help people release energy blocks.  

These blocks can be held in any--or all--of the 7 layers of your Auric field. They manifest as physical pain or ill health, and life blocks.

I was trained over 4 years at one of the premiere schools for Energy Healing in the world-the Barbara Brennan School of Healing (BBSH).

I’ve been in practice since my graduation in 1999 and offered over 4000 treatments.
The unique map of your Human Energy Field that Barbara pioneered is the most powerful tool I know of to show you how your soul-shine works and where it gets stuck moving out into expression and creation.

My early 20’s were, frankly, a shit-show, until I got my 24 year-old butt into the BBSH, learned this map and was walked through it by a powerful crew of teachers. 

I was in desperate need of a spiritual guide or elder to show me who I really was and how I was supposed to fit in to the world and live in a meaningful way. 

What I encountered and experienced at the BBSH from ages 24-28 initiated me into the sacred reality of energy, my life path and purpose.

It gave me a structured way to learn about all the aspects of myself in a progression that made sense...and is based on what is actually there: the energy dimensions that are giving rise to the physical body, and material reality, not some mental theory. 

I want to share the map, the structure, the guidance, and that feeling of belonging with you, so you can make sense of where you are getting blocked, and why, in a language that makes sense to your soul.

  • Build a daily 15-30 minute Aura Healing practice that helps you get out of your head and into your energy/consciousness, and contributes to your own health and healing while you do it.

  • Stop blaming yourself for “creating” all of your illnesses, or ill fortunes. We will separate out what is your stuff, and what is not. We will work on what is yours, and I’ll point you in the right direction to deal with what is not yours.

  • Learn exactly what you need to do to get your needs met on each Level of your Aura.

  • I'll show you where your direct alignment with your Life Purpose sits in your energy bodies and how you can align and charge this dimension. ​

  • You will discover where you limit your own expansion, and sit at your self-imposed boundary, dissolving through it to the next level.

  • You will fall in love with yourself as a gorgeous goddess-expression of light, and learn to let your soul speak louder than your suffering.


By the end of our 7 months together (one for each Level of your Aura), you will have a daily and weekly practice you can continue if you chose to, and all the support materials you will need to practice, repeat, and build a spiritual/consciousness practice that can keep transforming your blocks day by day, week by week, year by year.

the Online Course

We spend 1 month in each Level of your Aura.

Learn

You will do 1-3 chapters of Reading to illuminate each Level.
​ 
Context and understanding will help you to connect into your felt experience.

Time commitment: Week 1 of each month, 1-2 hours of reading.

Engage

You will get Worksheets with very specific exercises to help you discern how you are doing on each level, and ways to transform your blocks.

You will begin to understand what is going on for you on each level.

Time commitment: Week 3 of each month, 1-2 hours of journaling

Embody

You will receive Recorded Energy Practices which guide you to tune into each level, and do your own energy healing and discovery work.

You will feel your embodiment on each level. You will learn to trust that you can attune.

Time commitment: 15-30 minutes of daily meditation, or a minimum of 2-3 x week. We also do guided practice, with my eye on your Aura and feedback, during our 2 monthly coaching calls.

Share

We will gather 2x a month for each Level of your Aura in Group Calls on zoom video conference for 1.5 hours. If you can't make a call, they are recorded for you to listen to and learn from. 

Here you will get validation of what you are feeling and sensing. Share the journey in community, learn from the other participant's experiences, and amplify your experience with group energy work, guided by me.

There will also be a Private Facebook Group for those who like to share and learn this way. I will answer questions posted there, and you can share with one another to stay inspired.

You will find you are not alone on the journey to deeply know yourself and connect with the deepest levels of your being.

Do you want personal feedback + healing work on each level of your Aura you study? Upgrade with the Healing Package upgrade.

With the upgrade, for each Auric level we journey through during the course, you will get a 1.5 hour personal session with me for that Level.

  • You get to sit down with me online or in-person to go over your self-discovery work.
  • I will read that level of your field and share with you what I perceive.
  • We will do direct energy healing work there.
  • In-person, you will lay on the massage table while we work.
  • Online, you will lay or recline comfortably at home while we keep our audio communication open, and I will work on your field remotely.

You can request a recording of each of our sessions.

In my healing practice, the only time I focus specifically on one level of your Aura for each treatment, give you specific help to feel it yourself, and feedback on the state of that level, is within the Aura Healing Journey.

Your Questions Answered

Will I have enough time to do the course?
You will want 2 hours/week to engage the Online Course material:
​
Week 1 of each month reserve 1-2 hours for Reading.
Week 2 of each month, 15-30 minutes daily or 2-3 times a weekfor the Guided Aura Practices.
Week 3 of each month reserve 1 hour to engage the Worksheet.
Week 1 & 3 of each module reserve 1.5 hours for the Group Coaching call or to listen to the recording if you missed the live call.
Week 4, if you are in the Healing Package upgrade, 1.5 hour appointment in person or online with Shelley.
What if I can't make the Group Calls?
Change your schedule! It's gonna be soooo worth it! Most people I know are starving for this kind of soul time with other people.

I have had people take the course who chose not to participate in the group calls. They still feel like they got a lot, and honoured their learning style. Particularly if you plan to take the Healing Package Upgrade, you may feel you can get the answers and personal feedback you want in our dedicated healing sessions together.
What if I can't see energy? How will I be able to work on my own energy levels and see my blocks?
One of the biggest things you are going to learn in the Aura Healing Journey is how YOU perceive your own energy.

Truth be told? You are already doing it all the time in different ways, but because being able to "see" colours gets all the fame and glory, you think if you can't do that, you haven't got the ability.

​Bigger truth? I don't "see" in technicolour visuals. I "perceive" through many other senses, so I'm the perfect guide to help you learn how you do it. I've been a successful healer in practice for 20+ years and I've never been able to "see" in colour.
I'm shy about sharing my experiences on the group calls. 
You are certainly welcome to enroll in the Aura Healing Journey and skip our 2x monthly video calls.

If confidentiality is a concern, know that all participants will need to sign a "terms and conditions" agreement before joining the course that states that the recorded calls are for your ears only and are not to be listened to, or the files shared, with anyone who is not in the group.
