This week I will describe to you how I was trained to do a 6TH LEVEL UPLIFT, which means to pour the vibration of Divine Love into the 6th level of your field. In my last post, I talked about levels 1-7 of the aura. Remember some levels are structured, and some are unstructured. [Read that post here]. The unstructured levels (2,4,6) are more like clouds or blobs of colour that move with your feelings. They are your emotional levels. Your 6th Level, when healthy and fulfilled, looks like opalescent rays of colour that radiate from around and within your body out to 1'-2' around you (more if you are in a very spiritually expanded state). Health on this level translates as an experience of awe, ecstasy, deep peace, stillness, revelation, bliss, transcendence and inspiration. Who doesn't want to feel that?! If you are not being nourished on this level, the beautiful rays of light droop, lose colour and energy. You are feeling disconnected from a higher love and may be depressed or have a very negative outlook on life. 6th Level Uplift At the end of an Energy Healing treatment, I was taught to fill up the 6th level of the field with light and energy. To do that, first I have to be able to "be" there myself, by attuning to the vibrational frequency band of the Celestial Body. One way to do that is to enter into the experience of a spiritual experience I have had myself. I channel these frequencies through my hands into your 6th chakra to fill the entire level. What Fills You Up? Each person's experience of the spiritual is personal. For some it comes through religious practices such as song, liturgy, scripture reading. For others, watching a sunset, or Nature experiences. Others connect through contemplative practices such as meditation, stillness, prayer, fishing. Yet others find their bliss through ecstatic lovemaking, dance, movement...or practicing energy healing! I find the deep communion I experience with spirit during my work gets me very expanded! What is it for you...or have you yet to discover that?
