Entering into the doorway of 1 chakra at a time, you will learn to connect and work with your own relational cords, do specific healing with the cords to your mother in each chakra, and rediscover your soul-level connection with the Divine Feminine.

In family constellations healing it is recognized that our mother is our first love in life.

In her womb, we feel, sense, breathe and ingest all of her biological and emotional movements. She is our first source of nourishment.

It is intimate. The most intimate relationship we will ever know. Except the one we have with our source…if we choose to seek it.

**This relationship builds the foundation of our capacity to be in intimate relationships and our secure or insecure attachment bonds with others.

**It is the foundation of our ability to receive material abundance and other forms of nourishment, or not.

**Along with our father, mother is the source of our life. 

**Beyond our father, mom births us into life through her body. 

Where there are disruptions or wounds in this intimate bond with our mother, it is the origin point of where we falter in relationship to ourselves, others, and receiving the nourishment we long to be filled with.

the Mothercord Healing journey

For 9 months, the same amount of time you spent in your mother’s womb, we will journey into the relational cords held in each of your 7 chakras with your mother & the divine feminine within you.

Our focus this 9 month cycle from April 2024-December 2024 (with a break over August) will be:

1. To learn about the 5 types of Relational Cords that connect from your 7 chakras into all of your relationship exchanges.

1. To explore and heal your relationship with your mom in the Mothercords held in each of your 7 chakras.

1. Seek and deepen into the Soul Cord connections to the divine feminine, or the great mother also held in all 7 of your chakras.​​

Year 3 of the Soul Nourished Woman from March 2025 to November 2025 you are invited to work with your FATHERCORDS and journey with the masculine current.

How this transformational journey unfolds...
​

Each month the women enrolled in the Mothercord journey will gather online. I will guide you sink into your chakras, one at a time, and encounter the relational cords there with your mother– (parental cords) and universal (soul cords).

You will learn to feel, sense, and work with your own relational cords.

We will do constellations work in groups of 3, where each woman will have 2 others represent her mother and the cords between them & the divine feminine and the soul cords between them in the chakra we are focusing on each month of the journey. 

We will also do larger constellations movements with the full group, to reveal the path of deeper healing for these relational cords and release entanglements. 

We will welcome the presence of the goddess or divine feminine into the constellation field to feel her influence where it is right.

​This part of our work unfolds once a month on the 4th Saturday of each month from 10-12:30 EST.

How deep is your commitment to healing your connection with the Mother?

Attendance is not optional for the Saturday group work if you wish to enroll in this journey. You may miss one month due to other commitments, otherwise participation is a commitment to show up for yourself and the other women.

Your monthly personal healing session with Shelley.

​Each month, you will have a personal healing session with Shelley of 1.5 hours to explore your personal relationship with your mother in the chakra and chakra cords we study that month.

I will dive deep with you personally to guide you and do relational cord work with you.

During your personal session, you can bring whatever is up on your wave of unfolding in your life, relationships and work.

Trauma healing, revealing and releasing unconscious contracts, time travel empathy, resonance and self-accompaniment work, chakra, aura, hara, black matrix, core star and void work, are all available in our time together.
